Procedure:
There had been a lot of suggestions regarding Rapidshare and Megaupload premium accounts. Sorry to say but there would be nobody so freakin crazy to give away the login and passwords for free unless there is a reason. So instead of spending hours and hours searching for login id and passwords posted by others why not you earn it yourself and that as well 100% legal and legitimate.
Now First of all, you would have to sign up for PayPal, your online bank account for free.

The Google Adsense has a payout of $100 that means that when you will earn $100 or more then you could withdraw the money by Western Union or Check. While Bidvertiser, on the other hand has a payout of $10 and that as well through paypal.
The differenced between the two is that Google adsense is ideal for a working website/blog with good traffic but has a higher payout. While bidvertiser has a low payout and is ideal for a small website or blog.
So i recommend bidvertiser.
Now after setting up an account at bidvertiser you have to make a small blog. Dont worry that is not that hectic as it seems. Just login to blogger with your google account or sign up for one if you dont have. Create a new blog, post some rubbish by pasting any info you find about anything. Then add a page element in your blog with the Ad-Code from the bidvertiser (as a html or javascipt). It would take about 7 mins.
Now you are all setup to earn your account. Now just tell your friends or people you know to click on the advertisements for once or twice not more. But dont click yourself or else you would be banned. You would require only about 20 ppl to click and then you would reach your payout limit for bidvertiser. Wait for some time and they will pay you via your paypal account. This is it, just go to rapidshare or megaupload website signup for their premium account with your paypal id and here you go with the premium account which you have earned yourself.

Do not join Bidvertiser as they will try to think of excuses not to pay you. Many of my fellow friends with blogs have reported sudden termination of their account when it is near payment time. My own personal experience have also been equal frustrating. i was generating a lot of traffic via all my blogs and quite a number of clicks, more than hundred per month but only about 6-7 cents each due to the category I am listed on. When one of my blogs start to generate clicks of $2 plus each, they terminate my account after a few days.
If you look carefully at their rules, you will find that they are meant to find fault and only in name to protect advertisers.
1. your account will risk termination if your blogs is listed in the wrong category????Will an advertiser even place an advert on your blog if it is irrelevant? How likely is your visitors to click an irrelevant ad?
2. Your account will be terminated if the owner clicks on the ads himself. May I ask how they are going to do that? IP address? What if you are using a shared IP address. From the feedback gathered, Bidvertiser scam co gives no quarters and if ever in doubt, account will be terminated. They will even tell you that although you might have no control over the actions of the visitors, your clicks are not of sufficient quality.
3.Your account will be terminated if you try to get visitors to click on the ads? Immediate termination? Most bloggers will say help to support the blogs by clicking the ads. Though not really desirable, it does not warrant immediate termination. A warning to take out the message for clicking and invalidating the clicks generated in the period will be more suitable. The fact that they have such a policy illustrate one thing: They are trying their best not to pay you for the clicks!
4.After all these cover of protecting the advertisers, Does the advertisers know which clicks are not valid and should not be charged? Bidvertiser only review the clicks during the publisher payment processing which could be 2months or 3or 4 more months after the clicks have been made. if an account have been terminated, will bidvertiser scam reimburse the advertisers. I will be Very very surprised if they did.
What lessons can we draw from this lesson? If you are a publisher, better to look for other advertising network or stay with adsense. if you are an advertiser, do you really want to advertise with such a doubtful company.Its your call
